Why there are two options

Roof plan: 12 panels, tank south-west

The water tank on the south-west corner of your roof casts a shadow in the afternoon. With 12 panels, one panel sits partly in that shadow. You can keep all 12 panels, or drop that one panel and avoid the shade.

Either way the panels sit on a raised steel frame, 1.2 m high at the low end, so the roof stays usable and the tank stays reachable.

Power a year: 7,666 units (kWh), about 639 a month
Shade: 1 panel partly shaded in the afternoon
Price: ₹3,02,400, no change

Makes 2.1% less than the 7,830 units we first estimated, because of the tank's shadow. Still the most power for your roof. Option B: 11 panels

Size: 4.95 kW
Power a year: 7,178 units (kWh), about 598 a month
Shade: None
Price: ₹3,02,400 ₹2,77,200, ₹25,200 less

If you choose B, Pooja will send you the new payment amounts before anything is ordered.

What happens after you approve

Your approval is saved with the time and the design version, and Pooja is told.

We order the materials. They take about a week to reach us.

We ask for the 70% payment when the materials arrive, and give you the installation date.
